Biography

Niels Bruynseels is a Belgian show jumping rider known for his ability to develop talented horses and compete consistently at the highest level. Growing up surrounded by horses through his father’s trading business, he began competing later than many peers but quickly made up ground by adapting to a wide variety of mounts and learning to maximize their potential.


Early in his career, Niels attracted attention with strong performances in youth and senior classes, including European Young Rider medals and success in international Grand Prix competition. He has also captured major Longines Global Champions Tour victories, such as wins aboard Gancia de Muze in Cannes and Mexico City.


Renowned for his horsemanship, consistency, and competitive mindset, Niels continues to compete on the FEI circuit with a focus on producing horses capable of success at the sport’s top levels.
