Thibeau Spits is a Belgian show jumping rider who has quickly established himself as one of the leading young talents on the international circuit. Coming from a strong equestrian family, he developed his skills early and progressed successfully through the youth ranks, including an individual bronze medal at the European Junior Championships.
Over his career, Thibeau has recorded more than 2,700 FEI starts and over 130 international victories, competing successfully from young horse classes up to CSI5* level. Known for his consistency and competitive mindset, he has achieved strong results in Grand Prix and ranking classes, including a second-place finish in the CSI5* Rolex Grand Prix of ’s-Hertogenbosch and a golden medal at the 2025 European Championships.
A major milestone in his career came in 2024 when he secured his first CSI5 Grand Prix victory at the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Riesenbeck, marking his first win at that level and a breakthrough on one of the sport’s biggest stages.
Based in Belgium, he combines top-level competition with producing young horses, continuing to build his career through consistency, ambition, and performances at the highest level of international show jumping.
